Why do we need your name? In the email, we want to sign your name at the bottom, so type in whatever the person will know you by.

Why do we need your email address? Our email address might be blocked as spam. If you've emailed that person before, your addess will most likely work.

Why do we need their name(s)? In the email, we'd like to greet them with their name. It's more friendly that way.

Why do we need their email address? You can't send an email without an email address to send it to.
