Victory's cell conference helps other church organizations develop cell ministries of their own.  Our senior pastor, Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty, taught our main sessions and many of our staff taught workshops for cell ministry.  We have provided videos for the two main sessions of cell conference broken down into three parts.
