The purpose of Christians United For Israel (CUFI) is to provide a national association
through which every pro-Israel church, Para-church organization, ministry or individual in
America can speak and act with one voice in support of Israel in matters related to Biblical
issues. |

Tulsa Dream Center was
founded by Victory Christian Center and many churches in the Tulsa area
as an outreach ministry to Northern Tulsa. Through the prayer and
effort of many volunteers, the Dream Center is healing the broken hearted
and proclaiming the good news to the poor. |

Cell Ministry is an outreach of Victory Christian Center, which was birthed with a heart to reach out to
nationals here in the greater Tulsa area. Our desire is to see all nationalities come together and worship
God, by creating an atmosphere of freedom and an opportunity for fellowship and growth. Reaching our city and
